Disposable rubber gloves shall be supplied by the Board to all support employees whose jobs require them. Elementary lunch aides/lead lunch aides shall be provided by the Board with smocks or cobblers aprons. Elementary lunch aides and lead lunch aides shall be provided with supplies for cleaning the lunchroom between and after lunch shifts.

  • Consumables Hardware Support does not include the delivery, return, replacement, or installation of supplies or other consumable items (including, but not limited to, operating supplies, magnetic media, print heads, ribbons, toner, and batteries) unless otherwise stated in a Transaction Document.

  • Raw Materials Catalent shall be responsible for procuring, inspecting and releasing adequate Raw Materials as necessary to meet the Firm Commitment, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing. Unless a particular Raw Material can be replaced with the same raw material from another supplier, Catalent shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of Product if (1) Catalent is unable to obtain, in a timely manner, a particular Raw Material necessary to Process the Product, and (2) Catalent placed orders for such Raw Materials promptly following receipt of Client’s Firm Commitment.

  • TOOLING In no event shall Buyer have any interest in any tools, jigs, dies, patterns, etc. (collectively, “Tooling”) which is made or obtained for the production of the Deliverables. Such Tooling shall remain the property of Seller.

  • Spare Parts 15.1 Without derogating from the Supplier's undertaking to provide the Warranty and/or Maintenance Services, the Supplier undertakes that during a period of fifteen (15) years commencing on the date of issuance of the Acceptance Certificate, it will supply ISR with all spare parts and tools and updates necessary and recommended pursuant to (i) the Technical Specifications, (ii) the applicable manufacturer specifications, and (iii) the best professional practice, required for maintenance and for the repair of the TTS or any part thereof, while assuring that the TTS and all systems of the TTS therein shall operate and perform to the maximum extent of its capabilities and in all respects in strict accordance with the terms and the conditions of this Agreement, including the Technical Specifications (the "General Spare Parts"). The "General Spare Parts" list should include all part numbers, names of original manufacturers, technical specifications and all remaining required details necessary for the purchase of the Spare Parts by ISR and/or on its behalf.

  • Containers An extra charge will be made for returnable containers and special shipping devices (such as oil barrels, reels, tarpaulins, commutator clamps, etc.) where they are consigned to the Purchaser, but refund will be made if returned in good condition to the factory, or other points designated by EXION, within ninety (90) days from the date of original shipment, charges prepaid.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Fabrication Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Operator Materials Operator retains all right, title and interest in and to any and all of Operator’s software, materials, tools, forms, documentation, training and implementation materials and intellectual property (“Operator Materials”). Operator grants to the LEA a personal, nonexclusive license to use the Operator Materials for its own non-commercial, incidental use as set forth in the Service Agreement. Operator represents that it has all intellectual property rights necessary to enter into and perform its obligations in this DPA and the Service Agreement, warrants to the District that the District will have use of any intellectual property contemplated by the Service Agreement free and clear of claims of any nature by any third Party including, without limitation, copyright or patent infringement claims, and agrees to indemnify the District for any related claims.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.
