Common use of Displacement Clause in Contracts

Displacement. If the employee has not been selected to a vacancy/placement opportunity within one year after the surplus date he/she will be given displacement opportunities available in Article 11 and all other terms and conditions of Article 11 will apply, except for Article 11.4. All other provisions of Article 13 will cease to apply.
