Common use of Disease Protocol Clause in Contracts

Disease Protocol. The Employer agrees that any requirement in relation to a communicable disease surveillance protocol, implemented or required physician forms or certificates shall be at no cost to the employee, ARTICLE LEAVE OF ABSENCE Employees who are representatives of the Local on the various Union committees or are Union Stewards shall not suffer any loss of pay when required to leave their places of employment in order to meet with the Employer concerning the processing or resolution of grievances. The will be released with pay for arbitration proceedings. Employees must apply for, and receive permission from the Employer, prior to leaving their places of employment for such purposes.
