DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT. The Union and the Employer agree not to discriminate against any individual with respect to hiring, compensation, terms, or condi- tions of employment because of such individual’s race, color, reli- gion, sex, national origin, or age, nor will they limit, segregate, or classify employees in any way to deprive any individual employee of employment opportunities because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or age.
