Diversity Report The Contractor shall report to each Customer, spend with certified and other minority business enterprises. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period, Commodities provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business on behalf of each purchasing agency ordering under the terms of this Contract.
Discrepancies The Contractor shall resolve all order and invoice discrepancies (e.g., shortages, breakages, etc.) within five (5) business days from notification.
Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:
Inspection Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.
SELLER NOTICE OF DISCREPANCIES Seller shall promptly notify Buyer in writing when discrepancies in Seller’s process, including any violation of or deviation from Seller’s approved inspection/quality control system, or goods/materials are discovered or suspected which may affect the Services delivered or to be delivered under this Contract.
Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Royalty Reports After the first commercial sale of a Licensed Product anywhere in the world, LICENSEE shall submit to UNIVERSITY quarterly royalty reports on or before each February 28, May 31, August 31 and November 30 of each year.
