Common use of Discrepancies Clause in Contracts

Discrepancies. If there is any discrepancy between any of the provisions of the Charter Documents or documents analogous to the Charter Documents of any of the Subsidiaries and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail, and the parties shall thereupon procure that the Charter Documents or relevant analogous documents, as the case may be, are promptly amended, to the extent permitted by applicable law, in order to conform with this Agreement.
