In the event that Licensee or a Related Party (each, a “Selling Party”) sell Licensed Product to a Third Party who also purchases other products or services from Licensee or such Related Party, and for the purpose of promoting the sale of such other products or services, such Selling Party discounts the purchase price of the Licensed Product to a greater degree than such Selling Party generally discounts the price of their other products or services to such customer then, in such case, for purposes of calculating the royalty owing to Licensor, the purchase price of the Licensed Product by Third Party shall be deemed to [***].
