DISCOUNT FOR EARLY PAYMENT. The Parties expressly agree that in the event the Utility pays the Tariff within 5 (five) days of the date of submission of the invoice thereof, it shall be entitled to deduct 1% (one per cent) of the amount comprising the Tariff by way of discount for early payment.
