Discontinuing Payroll Deductions. If a Participant wishes to discontinue employee contributions entirely, he or she may do so by withdrawing from the Plan pursuant to Section 6(a). In addition, employee contributions may be discontinued automatically pursuant to Section 9(b).

  • EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS (a) Each participant shall be allowed to contribute on a bi-weekly basis up to an amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the Participant’s wage. Such bi-weekly wage deductions shall be in increments of one percent (1%) and shall be contributed to the Participant’s account. The participant may contribute on a pre-tax, after-tax, Xxxx basis or any combination.

  • Payroll Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the Company’s right to modify its payroll practices, as it deems necessary.
