Common use of Disclosure to Environmental Insurer Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to Environmental Insurer. If the Mortgaged Property securing any Mortgage Loan is covered by a secured creditor impaired property policy or pollution legal liability policy, then the Seller has delivered or caused to be delivered to the insurer under such policy copies of all environmental reports in the Seller's possession related to such Mortgaged Property to the extent that the failure to deliver any such report would materially and adversely affect the Purchaser's ability to recover under such policy.
