Common use of Disclosure to employees Clause in Contracts

Disclosure to employees. The Receiving Party shall procure that all of its employees, Affiliates and sub-licensees pursuant to this Agreement (if any) who have access to any of the Disclosing Party’s information to which Clause 3.1 applies, shall be made aware of and subject to these obligations and shall have entered into written undertakings of confidentiality at least as restrictive as Clauses 3.1 and 3.2 and which apply to the Disclosing Party’s information.

Disclosure to employees. The Receiving Party shall procure that all of its employees, Affiliates and sub-licensees pursuant to this Agreement (if any) who have access to any of the Disclosing Party’s information to which Clause 3.1 2.1 applies, shall be made aware of and subject to these obligations and shall have entered into written undertakings of confidentiality at least as restrictive as Clauses 3.1 and 3.2 and which apply to the Disclosing Party’s informationin this Agreement.

Disclosure to employees. The Receiving Party shall procure ensure that all of its employees, Affiliates contractors, consultants, advisers and sub-licensees pursuant to this Agreement (if any) who have access to any of the Disclosing Party’s information 's Know-how or other Confidential Information to which Clause 3.1 4.4 applies, shall be made aware of and subject to these obligations and shall have entered into written undertakings of confidentiality at least as restrictive as Clauses 3.1 4.4 and 3.2 4.5 and which apply prior to the receiving Disclosing Party’s information's Know-how or Confidential Information.

Disclosure to employees. The Receiving Party shall procure that all of its employees, Affiliates contractors and sub-licensees pursuant to this Agreement (if any) who have access to any of of' the Disclosing Party’s information 's Information to which Clause 3.1 3.5 applies, shall be made aware of and subject to these obligations and shall have entered into Into written undertakings of confidentiality at least as restrictive as Clauses 3.1 3.5 and 3.2 3.6 and which apply to the Disclosing Party’s 's information.

Disclosure to employees. The Receiving Party shall procure that all of its Group Companies, employees, Affiliates contractors and sub-licensees pursuant to this Agreement (if any) who have access to any of the Disclosing Party’s information to which Clause 3.1 clause 3.2 applies, shall be made aware of and subject to these obligations and shall have entered into written undertakings of confidentiality at least as restrictive as Clauses 3.1 substantially similar to clauses 3.2 and 3.2 3.3 and which apply to the Disclosing Party’s information.

Disclosure to employees. The Receiving Party shall procure that all of its employees, Affiliates contractors, consultants, advisers, customers, potential customers, potential sub-licensees and sub-licensees pursuant to this Agreement (if any) who have access to any of the Disclosing Party’s information 's Confidential Information to which Clause 3.1 3.4 applies, shall be made aware of and subject to these obligations and shall have entered into written undertakings of confidentiality at least as restrictive as Clauses 3.1 and 3.2 3.4 and which apply to the Disclosing Party’s 's information.
