Disclosure to Future Employers. I will provide a copy of this Agreement to any prospective employer, partner or coventurer prior to entering into an employment, partnership or other business relationship with such person or entity.

You agree that you will provide, and that the Company may similarly provide in its discretion, a copy of the covenants contained in Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may directly, or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

Disclosure to Future Employers. I represent and warrant that I have not previously assumed any obligations inconsistent with those of this Agreement. I further represent and warrant that I am in compliance with, and my employment by the Company will not result in any violation of, any obligations previously assumed by me to any third party with respect to non-competition. I have not entered into, and I will not enter into, any agreement either written or oral in conflict herewith. I will provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in this Agreement to any business or enterprise which I may directly or indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which I may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which I may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.
Disclosure to Future Employers. The Company has the right to provide a copy of this Agreement to any future employer, partner or coventurer.
Disclosure to Future Employers. I agree that prior to accepting employment or engagement with any other person during my employment with the Company, and for eighteen (18) months after my last day of employment with the Company, I shall inform such prospective employer or prospective counterparty of the existence and details of this Agreement and provide such prospective employer or prospective counterparty with a copy of this Agreement, and, in addition, I agree that promptly following the commencement of employment or engagement with such person during such period, I shall provide the Company with written notice, including (a) the name of the employer or counterparty; (b) the business engaged in or to be engaged in by the employer or counterparty; (c) my position with the employer or counterparty; (d) the location of my employment or engagement and (e) the territory in which I have job duties or responsibilities; provided, however, that the foregoing shall apply if and only to the extent that any covenant or commitment set forth in this Agreement would be relevant with respect to such person; and, provided further, that my failure to provide any such notice shall not constitute a waiver of any right or remedy I may have hereunder or under any employment, equity or other contractual arrangement with any of the Company Entities.

Employee agrees that he will provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which Employee may, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Employee may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Employee may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, contractor, consultant or otherwise.

Service Provider agrees to provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may provide, a copy of this Agreement to any business or enterprise which Service Provider may directly or indirectly own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which Service Provider may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which Service Provider may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.

You will provide, and the Company, in its discretion, may similarly provide, a copy of the covenants contained in The Employee Noncompetition, Nondisclosure and Inventions Agreement to any business or enterprise which you may, directly or indirectly, own, manage, operate, finance, join, control or in which you may participate in the ownership, management, operation, financing, or control, or with which you may be connected as an officer, director, employee, partner, principal, agent, representative, consultant or otherwise.
