Disclosure Schedules; Supplements to the Disclosure Schedules. A. Information in the Schedules qualifies the representations and warranties in the Section to which the particular Schedule relates (or makes cross-reference), as well as representations and warranties in other Sections of this Agreement, but only to the extent that the specific item on any such Schedule is reasonably apparent on its face as being applicable to such other Section(s). The inclusion of an item in a Schedule as an exception to a representation or warranty will not be deemed an admission by the disclosing party that the item represents an exception or a material fact, event or circumstance.
