Common use of Disciplinary Transfer Clause in Contracts

Disciplinary Transfer. When the employer finds that a transfer or demotion is justified, the employee shall receive the rate of pay appropriate for the new position. The reasons for the transfer shall be supplied, in writing, upon request. An employee so demoted will not be eligible for voluntary transfer for twelve (12) months.
