Common use of Disbursement of Settlement Shares and Payments Clause in Contracts

Disbursement of Settlement Shares and Payments. Subject to the Court finally approving the Settlement, the Settlement Administrator shall distribute funds pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Superior Court’s Final Approval Order and Judgment. The maximum amount Defendants can be required to pay under this Settlement for any purpose is the Gross Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall keep Defendants’ Counsel and Class Counsel apprised of all distributions from the Gross Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall respond to questions from Defendants’ Counsel and Class Counsel. No person shall have any claim against Defendants, Defendants’ Counsel, Plaintiff, Class Counsel, or the Settlement Administrator based on the distributions and payments made in accordance with this Agreement.
