Procedure for Approving Settlement a. Plaintiff will file an unopposed motion for an order conditionally certifying the Class, giving Preliminary Approval to the Settlement, setting a date for the Final Approval Hearing, and approving the Notice (the “Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Approval”).
