Disability of Executive. If Executive is permanently disabled (as defined in Company’s long-term disability insurance policy then in effect), then Company shall have the right to terminate Executive’s employment upon fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice to Executive (“Disability”) provided that Executive’s employment shall immediately terminate for disability if, as of an earlier date, he incurs a Separation from Service (as defined herein) as a result of physical or mental incapacity.
