Partial Disability. In the event of a partial Disability of the Executive, it is understood that the Executive will provide such part-time services as may be consistent with the nature and extent of such Disability and Executive’s position, duties, responsibilities and status specified in Section 3(a) of this Agreement, the Employer shall not be entitled to terminate the Executive’s employment under this Agreement as a result of such partial Disability (provided that despite such partial disability, the Executive is able to substantially perform most of Executive’s duties), and the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect after such partial Disability.
Partial Disability. During a period of partial disability of the Executive, the Executive shall receive an amount of compensation computed as follows: That portion of the Executive’s normal monthly basic compensation which bears the same ratio to the Executive’s normal monthly basic compensation as the amount of time which the Executive is able to devote to the usual performance of services on behalf of the Company during such period bears to the total time the Executive devoted to performing such services prior to the commencement date of the single period of disability, and Such amount shall be calculated by multiplying the Executive’s basic compensation by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the percentage of normal services that the Executive is able to perform and the denominator which shall be the total services that the Executive is able to perform absent the partial disability.
Partial Disability. In the event an employee is determined fit to return to work on a part-time basis, benefits for the difference between the part-time and full-time hours will be paid in accordance with the schedule provided for above In no case shall the application of full and/or partial benefits extend beyond the benefit schedule provided in Article XVI, Section 3.
Partial Disability. If the Executive should become partially disabled, he shall be entitled to his salary as provided herein for a period of nine (9) months. At the end of said period of time, if such Executive remains partially disabled, the disabled Executive's salary shall be reduced according to the amount of time the disabled Executive is able to devote to the Company's business.
Partial Disability. In case of partial disability which may incapacitate the teacher from discharging their full teaching duties, such teacher’s assignments may be adapted to their ability if they request, and a proportional salary adjustment made, upon the receipt of appropriate Medical Certification.

Partial Disability. 3.1.5.1 In the event that an employee is determined fit to return to work in a limited capacity, whether it is on a full- or part-time basis, the employee shall return to work within the Fire & Rescue Department. This temporary, alternative duty shall commence on the first day of the employee's regular work schedule following the physician's clearance. The employee's work schedule and duties shall be based on their normal work schedule and physician's restrictions as established in 3.1.3 and
Partial Disability. If any term or provision of this CONTRACT is held invalid or unenforceable by any competent authority or PERSON, such invalidity shall be construed narrowly and shall not affect the validity of any other provision of this CONTRACT.
Partial Disability. 3.1.5.1 In the event that an employee is determined fit to return to work in a limited capacity, whether it is on a full- or part-time basis, the employee shall return to work within the Fire & Rescue Department. This temporary, alternative duty shall commence on the first day of the employee's regular work schedule following the physician's clearance. The employee's work schedule and duties shall be based on their normal work schedule and physician's restrictions as established in 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 above. In the event the physician's work restrictions require the temporary, alternate duty to be on a part-time basis, the benefits shall be determined on a pro rata basis in accordance with the schedule provided in 3.1.1 above. In no case shall the application of full/partial benefits or full-time, temporary, alternative duty extend beyond two times the schedule provided in 3.1.1.
Partial Disability. If the Employee should become partially disabled, Employee shall be entitled to his salary as provided herein for a period of ninety (90) days following the commencement of such disability. At the end of such ninety (90) day period, if the Employee remains partially disabled, his salary shall be reduced according to the amount of time Employee is able to devote to the Employer's business.
