Directors' Meetings. The frequency of meetings of the Board of Directors shall be determined by a majority of the members of the Board of Directors. The Company shall reimburse the members of the Board of Directors for all reasonable expenses and costs incurred in attending meetings of the Board of Directors and any other meetings so required.
