Direction to Pay. Landlord hereby directs Tenant and Tenant agrees to make all payments of amounts owed by Tenant under the Lease directly to Mortgagee from and after receipt by Tenant of notice from Mortgagee directing Tenant to make such payments to Mortgagee. (As between Landlord and Mortgagee, the foregoing provision shall not be construed to modify any rights of Landlord under or any provisions of the Mortgage or any other instrument securing the Note).
