Direction to Pay. By written notice to the Company, the Manager may direct the Company to pay any amounts owing under this Agreement directly to an Affiliate of the Manager pursuant to a subcontracting arrangement relating to this Agreement.
Direction to Pay. By written notice to the Company, the Manager shall direct the Company to pay any amounts owing under this Agreement to an Affiliate of the Manager, pursuant to a subcontract of any provisions of this Agreement, directly to such Affiliate. The Manager hereby directs that the Technical Services Fee be paid by the Company directly to the Ship Manager.

Landlord hereby directs Tenant and Tenant agrees to make all payments of amounts owed by Tenant under the Lease directly to Mortgagee from and after receipt by Tenant of notice from Mortgagee directing Tenant to make such payments to Mortgagee. (As between Landlord and Mortgagee, the foregoing provision shall not be construed to modify any rights of Landlord under or any provisions of the Mortgage or any other instrument securing the Note).
Direction to Pay. The landlord directs the tenant to make payment of the Rent in the following manner: Payment direct to Landlord – Selec of the Rent direct to the landlord in the account nominated by the landlord. Payment direct to Property Care Provider - Selec of the Rent direct to the Property Care Provider in the account nominated by the Property Care Provider.
Direction to Pay. (a) Subject to clauses 11.1(b) and 11.3(a), the Minister will direct the Fund Manager to make payments:
Direction to Pay. Seller and Purchaser hereby direct Innisfree to pay any amounts payable under the Rental Pool Agreement in respect to the Unit from and including the Sale Date to Purchaser at the address set out above.

Completion Sums recoupable hereunder by Completion Guarantor shall be paid directly, without offset, to Completion Guarantor by Producer or, at the source by each third-party that is contractually obligated to pay Recoupment Proceeds to Producer (or to any Sales Agent, Licensing Intermediary, or any other party as directed by Producer). Producer shall execute a notice of irrevocable assignment in a form acceptable to Completion Guarantor directing payment of Recoupment Proceeds to Completion Guarantor after all Obligations have been repaid in full and until Completion Guarantor shall have fully recouped all Completion Sums and Producer shall secure the applicable third-party payer’s acceptance thereof. In the event Producer fails, refuses, or is unable to do so within two (2) Business Days following Completion Guarantor’s request, Completion Guarantor will do so as Producer’s attorney-in-fact. Recoupment by Completion Guarantor shall be made before the payment of any deferred compensation (except to the extent any such deferred compensation is included in the Strike Price and covered by the Completion Guaranty without limitation or exclusion) and any profit participation (other than any so-called “Gross Profit” participation payable to any third-party approved in writing by Completion Guarantor) becomes payable to Producer or any third-party. Producer shall, promptly upon receipt thereof, furnish Completion Guarantor with copies of any statements of account received by Producer that pertain to proceeds derived from the exploitation of the Film. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Collection Agreement in connection with the Film has been fully executed and is in full force and effect amongst Producer, Completion Guarantor, and any other parties thereto, then Completion Sums recoupable hereunder shall be paid to Completion Guarantor following the order of priority and terms thereof.

Landlord hereby directs Tenant and Tenant agrees to make all payments of amounts owed by Tenant under the Lease directly to Ground Lessor from and after receipt by Tenant of notice from Ground Lessor directing Tenant to make such payments to Ground Lessor. Direction to Pay the Agent shall have received an irrevocable direction to pay from the Borrower to pay the initial Drawdown under the Term Facility to or to the order of Seitel Canada Holdings, Inc. pursuant to the Seitel Acquisition Documents;
Direction to Pay. If the Shipper has been notified in writing by the Collateral Agent that an Actionable Default has occurred and is continuing, then until such Actionable Default has been cured or waived by the Collateral Agent the Shipper shall make all such payments during such period to such other person and/or at such other address or account as the Collateral Agent may from time to time specify in writing to the Shipper, and all such payments made by the Shipper shall be accompanied by a statement stating that the payment is being made under the Assigned Agreements. The Carrier hereby instructs the Shipper, and the Shipper accepts such instructions, to make all payments due and payable to the Carrier under the Assigned Agreements as set forth in the immediately preceding sentence. The Carrier hereby releases the Shipper from any and all liability to the Carrier for making such payments.
