Direct Care Pay Clause Samples

The Direct Care Pay clause establishes the terms under which payments are made specifically for direct care services provided to individuals. Typically, this clause outlines the payment rates, eligible services, and the process for submitting and approving claims related to direct care, such as nursing, personal assistance, or therapy. Its core practical function is to ensure that providers are compensated fairly and promptly for direct care activities, thereby supporting the continuity and quality of care delivered to recipients.
Direct Care Pay. The Agency will provide direct care pay as provided by statute to all kitchen staff that work daily with residents in the kitchen. If it is determined that residents will no longer be allowed to work in the kitchen, the employees will no longer be eligible to receive direct care pay.
