DIR Logo. Order Fulfiller may use the DIR logo in the promotion of the Contract to Customers with the following stipulations: (i) the logo may not be modified in any way, (ii) when displayed, the size of the DIR logo must be equal to or smaller than the Order Fulfiller logo, (iii) the DIR logo is only used to communicate the availability of products and services under the Contract to Customers, and (iv) any other use of the DIR logo requires prior written permission from DIR.
