Diploma/Certificate. I understand that I will be awarded a Certificate when I have completed all of the program attendance requirements and have satisfied all academic obligations. If I am in default of my fee obligations, my Certificate may be withheld until the fees are paid. There will be a $25 charge for replacement Certificates.
