DIGITAL IMAGES. Dealer may publish an unlimited number of vehicles (images) on the Certified Pre-Owned CyberStore(R). For each vehicle, Dealer shall publish one digital image together with relevant information in accordance with the Agreement. Dealer in accordance with the Specifications shall produce such images and guidelines set forth in This Agreement below.

DIGITAL IMAGES. We hereby authorize and give our full consent to OWO and its assigns, successors, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives to use my/our name(s) and likeness/image and the Digital Image in all forms and media for the purposes of publicity, advertising and promotion. We hereby assign all rights in the Digital Image to OWO and hereby waive all rights in and to the Digital Image. We expressly release OWO and its assigns, successors, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any such use of the Digital Image including, without limitation, and all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation (including libel and slander), or any other cause of action arising out of the publication, distribution, broadcast, exhibition or other exploitation of the Digital Image. We give this release voluntarily, with full understanding of its contents and with the knowledge that OWO is relying on the foregoing. If the Digital Image is of a minor for whom we have responsibility as parent/guardian, we hereby acknowledge and confirm that we have authority to execute this release on behalf of the minor.
DIGITAL IMAGES. For digital supply of images, license to print or share digitally such as on social media is granted to The Couple only. Please note that this is for personal use. Images cannot be used for commercial use or gain by The Couple or by any Third Party without the express written permission of The Photographer. The images will be supplied as a jpg file at a size and dots per inch format suitable for general use by The Couple.
DIGITAL IMAGES. Dealer may publish an unlimited number of pre-owned vehicle images on the Pre-Owned CyberStore. Digital images are not required for vehicles submitted to the Pre-Owned CyberStore but are highly recommended for all listings. Dealer shall provide a digital camera of the make and type compatible with ABT’s computerized image-uploading characteristics. Dealer shall produce such images in accordance with the specifications and guidelines set forth herein. Placement of images of new vehicles on the Pre-Owned CyberStore is strictly prohibited.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above.
