Your commitment to us. It is your responsibility to:  Ensure your nominated account/cards can accept debits.  Ensure that all account holders on the nominated financial institution account sign the attached Debit Request.  Ensure there are sufficient funds available in the nominated account/cards to meet each drawing on the due date.  Advise us if the nominated account/card is transferred or closed, or the account details have changed.  Arrange a suitable payment method if the Company cancels the drawing arrangements.

Your commitment to us. 1. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your nominated account each month. It is your responsibility to have sufficient funds available in your nominated account to meet each drawing on the debit day. If there are insufficient funds you may incur a fee and/or interest by your financial institution. This fee is not the responsibility of the RSB.
Your commitment to us. By making the booking, you warrant that you (a) are over 18 years old; (b) are making the booking for your own use and not on behalf of any other person; (c) are authorized to make the booking under these terms and conditions by all other members of the party; (d) accept full responsibility for all persons who will use the Property; (e) accept full responsibility for making all payments due to us under this Agreement; and (f) have read all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and understand that you will be bound by them.

Your commitment to us. I will keep all social activities in line with Government guidance on social groups for both indoors and outdoors. I will ensure I do not mix with other households indoors. I will wear face coverings as required by university. I will ensure I sanitise my hands upon entry to the accommodation by making use of the sanitising stations provided and also upon exit of my flat. I will ensure that I maintain a safe distance from others when moving through accommodation including the use of stairwells. I will respect and follow the signage throughout my accommodation building I will ensure my communal kitchen area and living space are clean at all times using suitable cleaning chemicals I will not share any of my utensils with any other members of my household. I will follow Scottish Government advice related to reducing the spread of Covid-19. I understand that this is likely to change regularly so I will take personal responsibility for ensuring I am up to date with the latest information. If I begin to suffer with Covid-19 symptoms I will report these using the processes within the University and follow guidance to self-isolate and get a test. I accept the role that I have to play in making sure that the areas where we live, work, and study are as safe as they can be. I understand the importance of providing friendship, helping people avoid loneliness and isolation, and supporting others. I will look out for my friends and those I live, learn or work with. If I have a concern about someone, I will raise this with the Student Accommodation team so that help and support can be offered. I recognise this is an ever-developing situation – one which requires everyone’s ongoing attention and vigilance. I commit to continuing to learn about the issues arising from this global pandemic and to do all that I can to ensure that everyone in our community has the best experience they can.
