Common use of Dietary Services Credit Clause in Contracts

Dietary Services Credit. Cooks and Dietary Aides will be given credit for prior service with the Employer in the same role. Cooks with prior Dietary Aide experience will be given credit for the Dietary Aide experience and will be place on the Xxxx wage scale at the step that provides a minimum of $0.75 increase over the Dietary Aide wage scale step consistent with the Dietary Aide experience. Example: Cooks with Dietary Aide experience at another location or business will be given credit for 50% of the prior Dietary Aide experience for placement on the Xxxx scale.
