DHS and CalOES Requirements. Subrecipient shall comply with all Requirements promulgated by DHS (which is the Federal awarding agency for this Subaward) and CalOES which are applicable to this particular Subaward and set forth in Section 2.1. Some of these DHS and CalOES Requirements are set forth below in this Section 2.3.
