Devotion to Duties. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall devote his full time, attention, skill and effort to the operations of the Company and shall not engage in any other business activity requiring any substantial amount of his time (whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit or pecuniary advantage). With prior written approval from the highest ranking officer of the Company, the Executive may engage in other business interests which materially prevent the Executive from performing his contemplated services hereunder on behalf of Company.
