Development Team. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date GW Pharma shall establish a team to oversee and manage the planning and performance of the Development Plan and Lifecycle Management Plan (the “Development Team”) on behalf of GW Pharma. For clarity, responsibility for performing the Development Plan and Lifecycle Management Plan shall remain with GW Pharma.
