Development Team. The Alliance will include a development team ---------------- consisting of two representatives from each Party [*****]. The development Team will be responsible for planning and decisions regarding Shared Products and Follow-on Product Candidates. Either Party may change any or all of its respective development team representatives upon 30-days written notice to the other Party. All decisions of the development team will be unanimous.
