Common use of Development Facilities Clause in Contracts

Development Facilities. Production equipment other than Completion Equipment that is installed on or outside the Contract Area in order to handle or process Hydrocarbon production. Development Facilities include, but are not limited to, (a) compression, separation, dehydration, generators, treaters, skimmers, bunkhouses and metering equipment, (b) the flowlines, gathering lines or lateral lines that deliver Hydrocarbons and water 1 from the Completion Equipment to the Platform or to Offsite Host Facilities, or 2 from the Platform to Export Pipelines; and (c) injection and disposal ▇▇▇▇▇.
