Common use of Development Budget Clause in Contracts

Development Budget. The term "Development Budget" means the budget, a copy ------------------ of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B", which sets ----------- forth the Developer's best estimate of all expenses to be incurred with respect to the acquisition of the Land, the planning, design, development, construction and completion of the Project, including the Tenant Improvements for Nissan.
