Development, Adoption and Amendment of Required Comprehensive Plan Elements. The County and the Municipalities have used their best efforts to have adopted the following Comprehensive Plan amendments by April 1, 2008, and continue to use their best efforts to adopt the following Comprehensive Plan amendments, and agree to follow the procedures set forth in this section 12 for any future amendments to the listed Comprehensive Plan elements after adoption:

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.
