DEVELOP REVIEW FRAMEWORK. The Toole Design Team will draft a review framework and solicit feedback from the TSC before finalizing our inquiry approach to reviewing policy documents and meeting with stakeholders. We anticipate the framework will reflect the Safe System Approach and include topics that help identify effective roadway safety practices and strategies being used in the region.
