Determining Service. The Senate President will conduct an open call for applicants for the next Co- Facilitators from the entire full-time faculty Spring 2022 unless the group has agreed to extend the duration of the Co-Facilitators' term. The Senate Executive and TLC Co- Facilitators will work collaboratively toselect new Co-Facilitator(s). Previous experience with TLC is preferred. The term of the incoming Co- Facilitator(s) begins fall 2022 for onboarding with current Co-Facilitators. The Senate Executive will notify the appropriate Xxxx and VP for scheduling purposes. Duties & Deliverables: The role of Teaching Learning, and Community (TLC) Co-Facilitator includes but is not limited to: • Guiding Professional Development activities across the entire campus for all employees; • Working with a Co-Facilitator to plan, facilitate and evaluate regular TLC events such asInstructional Skills Workshop, New Employee Welcome, Part-Time Faculty In-Service, College In-Service, and Flex Day • Guiding the yearly cycle of planning, budgeting, and reporting TLC activities; • Documenting the TLC planning cycle, cataloguing documents, and codifying Executive processes; • Sustaining the inclusive and holistic vision of TLC; • Meeting regularly with the administration team, tri-chair facilitators, and other constituents to facilitate funding, reporting, and process development for TLC projects; • Scanning other institutions and resources for strategies and information that may be useful for Columbia College and sharing them. • Organizing and supporting faculty cohorts; • Participating on Institutional Effectiveness Council and Diversity, Equity, and InclusionCommittee; • Generating an annual report; • Creating a campus wide Professional Development plan; • Training new TLC Co-Facilitator(s).

Determining Service. The Elections Officer will issue a call for applicants for the SLOPR coordinator to the entire full-time faculty in Spring 2022. The candidate will provide a statement detailing their previous experience with SLOs and Program Review. These candidate statements shall be forwarded to the Elections Officer within the time-frame outlined in the Elections Procedures. Ideally, the beginning of the two- year term will be a different year than the beginning of the Curriculum Chair term. Terms begin after Spring graduation. The Senate President will notify the appropriate Xxxx and VP for scheduling purposes.   • Standards of Service (a) The Permittee shall furnish good, prompt and efficient service adequate to meet all the demands for its services at the Airport, and furnish said services on a fair, equal and nondiscriminatory basis to all users thereof; provided, however, that the Permittee shall be allowed to make reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts or other similar types of price reductions to volume purchasers or users.

  • Standard of Service The Service Provider shall perform the Services in a competent and professional manner according to standards agreed upon by the Service Provider and the Company. The Service Provider agrees that it will exercise due diligence to abide by and comply with all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, and orders of any governmental authority in the performance of its Services under this Agreement. The Service Provider will conduct its business and perform its obligations in a manner which will not cause the possible revocation or suspension of the Company's Certificate(s) of Authority or cause the Company to sustain any fines, penalties, or other disciplinary action of any nature whatsoever.

  • Level of Service 4.1.1 Each Member and New Market Entrant shall:

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein.
