Determining Average Hours. Determining average hours for each employee's level of health, leave, pay, and other benefits shall be based on the average hours worked, excluding field trips and extra work hours. The district shall calculate average hours based on the Poly Plot mapping system. The district/union retains the right to review average hours throughout the school year as needed.
