Determination and Notice of Interest Rates. The Administrative Agent shall determine each interest rate applicable to the Loans hereunder. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to the Borrower and the participating Lenders of each rate of interest so determined, and its determination thereof shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error. Any notice with respect to Term SOFR Rate Loans shall, without the necessity of the Administrative Agent so stating in such notice, be subject to adjustments in the Applicable Percentage applicable to such Loans after the beginning of the Interest Period
