Common use of Determination and Notice of Interest Rates Clause in Contracts

Determination and Notice of Interest Rates. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the interest rate applicable to any Interest Period for Eurodollar Loans upon determination of such interest rate. At any time when Base Rate Loans are outstanding, the Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower and the Lenders of any change in the Prime Rate used in determining the Base Rate promptly following the public announcement of such change. Any notice with respect to Eurodollar Loans shall, without the necessity of the Administrative Agent so stating in such notice, be subject to the provisions of the definition of “Applicable Margin” providing for adjustments in the Applicable Margin applicable to such Loans after the beginning of the Interest Period applicable thereto.
