Detailed Requirement. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the work described below. Task orders that pertain to the execution of the SMEE planning effort (detailed below) for the Smart Columbus Program deployment will be forthcoming. To accomplish the objectives of this task order the Contractor shall perform the following tasks: • Task 1: Project Management • Task 2: Support Smart Columbus Development of Performance Measurement and Evaluation Plans • Task 3: Develop Evaluation Plan • Task 4: Develop Stakeholder Acceptance/Satisfaction Evaluation Plan • Task 5: Develop Data Plan • Task 6: Develop Analysis, Modeling, and Simulation (AMS) Plan • Task 7: Develop Safety Management Plan • Task 8: Develop Acquisition, Installation and Test Plans • Task 9: Develop Participant Training and Evaluation Outreach Plans • Task 10: Develop Financial and Institutional Evaluation Plan • Task 11: Develop National-Level Smart City Evaluation Plan • Task 12: Develop Comprehensive Evaluation Plan (CEP)
