  • Death of Annuitant If the natural Owner and Annuitant are different, and the Annuitant dies before the Annuity Date, the Owner becomes the Annuitant until the Owner elects a new Annuitant. If there are Joint Annuitants, upon the death of any Annuitant prior to the Annuity Date, the Owner may elect a new Joint Annuitant. However, if the Owner is a non-natural person, We will treat the death of any Annuitant as the death of the "Primary Annuitant" and as the death of the Owner, see DEATH PROVISIONS.

  • ANNUITANT The Annuitant is the person on whose life Annuity Payments are based. The Annuitant is the person designated by you subject to our underwriting rules then in effect. The Annuitant may not be changed in a Contract which is owned by a non-individual.

  • Designation of Beneficiary The depositor may designate a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive benefits from the custodial account in the event of the depositor’s death. In the event the depositor has not designated a beneficiary, or if all beneficiaries shall predecease the depositor, the following persons shall take in the order named:

  • CONTINGENT ANNUITANT The person designated by the Owner who, upon the Annuitant's death prior to the Annuity Commencement Date, becomes the Annuitant.

  • Designation of Beneficiaries The Executive may designate any person to receive any benefits payable under the Agreement upon the Executive’s death, and the designation may be changed from time to time by the Executive by filing a new designation.   • INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING REPAYMENT ELECTION FORM AND EXERCISING REPAYMENT OPTION Capitalized terms used and not defined herein have the meanings defined in the accompanying Repayment Election Form.

  • BENEFICIARY DESIGNATION RIGHTS The Insured (or assignee) shall have the right and power to designate a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive the Insured’s share of the proceeds payable upon the death of the Insured, and to elect and change a payment option for such beneficiary, subject to any right or interest the Bank may have in such proceeds, as provided in this Agreement.

  • Beneficiary Designation The Participant may, from time to time, name any beneficiary or beneficiaries (who may be named contingently or successively) to whom any benefit under this Agreement is to be paid in case of his or her death before he or she receives any or all of such benefit.
