Common use of Designated Spare Parts Locations Clause in Contracts

Designated Spare Parts Locations. (i) For so long as any Spare Parts Assets constitute Collateral hereunder, the applicable Grantor shall remain certified as an air carrier, certificated by the FAA under 49 U.S.C. 44705. Except in connection with any utilization or Disposition thereof that is permitted hereunder or under the Loan Agreement, the Spare Parts Assets constituting Collateral shall be maintained by or on behalf of such Grantor at one or more of the Designated Spare Parts Locations, and the nature of such Grantor’s interest in and to each such location (e.g., owner, leasehold, tenant) is and shall remain as described to the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Agreement.
