Common use of Design Engineering Clause in Contracts

Design Engineering. POV staff will review documents and provide feedback on constructability and cost estimating as requested by the IBR team for those elements within the port’s area of expertise. This includes, but is not limited to right of way, acquisition, mitigation, and staging. Assumptions: • POV staff will engage in and review schematics for urban design components, with special attention to the Mill Plain intersection, Main Street Extension, Fort Vancouver Access, and the Bridgehead and Waterfront.
