Common use of Design Documents Clause in Contracts

Design Documents. Design-Builder shall prepare Design Documents in collaboration with the Owner, to an agreed upon level based on Owner's Project Criteria, as developed under Section 2.2.1 hereof, in sufficient detail to enable the Design-Builder to provide a Proposal as set forth in Section 2.4 hereof. The Design Documents shall include design criteria, drawings, diagrams and specifications setting forth the requirements of the Project. The parties shall meet to discuss the Design Documents and agree upon what revisions, if any, should be made. Design-Builder shall perform such agreed-upon revisions.
