Design Development Stage. 5.2.4.1 Based on the approved Schematic Design documents and any adjustments to the Program or Construction Cost Limitation authorized by the Owner, the Design/Build Contractor shall prepare Design Development documents and a detailed construction cost estimate and submit them to the Owner for approval.
