Design Development Documents. In accordance with the City’s zoning and planning procedures, Developer, at its cost and expense, shall submit to City for its review, the Design Development Documents for the Project. Within fifteen (15) days after City receives the Design Development Documents, City shall deliver to Developer written notice that it approves or rejects the Design Development Documents; provided that, if City rejects all or any part of the Design Development Documents, then such notice shall:
