Common use of Design Development Documents Clause in Contracts

Design Development Documents. As further described in the Scope of Work, and in any further adjustments in the scope or quality of the Project authorized in writing by Owner, by the date specified in the Project Schedule, Contractor will prepare, for written approval by Owner, design development documents for the Project consisting of drawings, models, specifications, plans and other documents necessary to fix and describe the Project with respect to the civil engineering, structural, instrumentation, control, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, acoustical and life safety systems to be incorporated therein (collectively, the “Design Development Documents”). As part of the development of the Design Development Documents, Contractor will propose to Owner, for Owner’s review and approval, the list of systems that will be the subject of the as-built drawings submitted to the Owner pursuant to Section 2.3.4(d).

Design Development Documents. As further described in Based on the Scope of Workapproved Schematic Design Documents, and in any further adjustments in the scope or quality of the Project authorized in writing by Owner, by the date specified in the Project Schedule, Contractor will shall prepare, for written review and approval by the Owner, design development documents for the Project complete "Design Development Documents" consisting of drawings, models, specifications, plans drawings and other documents necessary to which fix and describe the size and character of the Project with respect as to the civil engineeringarchitectural, structural, instrumentation, control, mechanical, electricalplumbing and electrical systems, plumbingmaterials and such other elements as may be appropriate. Without altering, fire protection, acoustical and life safety systems to be incorporated therein (collectivelymodifying or otherwise revising the Guaranteed Maximum Price, the “Design Development Documents”). As part Contractor shall also submit, for the Owner's review, a further refinement of the development Project budget which reflects the preceding documents. The Owner's written approval of the Design Development Documents, Documents must be obtained by the Contractor will propose to Owner, for Owner’s review and approval, the list of systems that will be the subject of the as-built drawings submitted prior to the Owner pursuant to Section 2.3.4(d)Contractor commencing any work on the Construction Documents.
