Design and Specification. 5.1 Any drawings, weights, dimensions, shipping specifications and other descriptive matters are approximate unless specified otherwise in the purchase order. 5.2 The Company shall have the right to make any changes to the Specification which is necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Goods and/or Services, and the Company shall notify the Customer in any such event.
