Common use of Design and Plans and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Design and Plans and Specifications. Developer shall, as soon as practicable, provide the UG with plans and specifications for the Improvements (the "Plans and Specifications"), which Plans and Specifications shall include cost estimates for the Improvements, the design of which is compatible with the Development Plan, the Project Plan and all Applicable Laws and Requirements. Developer recognizes, stipulates and agrees that the Plans and Specifications will be presented to and subject to approval by the appropriate Government Authorities in accordance with Applicable Laws and Requirements. Without the prior written approval of the appropriate Government Authorities, there shall be no Material Changes to the Plans and Specifications subsequent to the initial approval.

Developer recognizes, stipulates and agrees that the Plans and Specifications will be presented to and subject to approval by the appropriate Government Authorities in accordance with Applicable Laws and RequirementsAuthorities. Without the prior written approval of the appropriate Government Authorities, there shall be no Material Changes to the Plans and Specifications subsequent to the initial approval.
