Description Unit Unit Price. Estimated Quantity Total Cost SEE ATTACHED. DOT agrees to supervise 0 community and/or minimum custody inmates as supplemental support labor. FDC agrees to provide 4 correctional officers to supervise 20 inmates for labor to be performed as scheduled by DOT. The workweek shall be as follows: Standard work schedule will be Monday thru Thursday, beginning at 7:00 AM and ending at 4:00 PM. Schedule may be modified by Contractors for Contracts E5U87 (Lake County Performance Maintenance) and E5Q90 (Sumter/Xxxxxx County Asset Maintenance), respectively. See other provisions to this local agreement for additional information. As part of this agreement, 1 officer with 5 inmates will be assigned to Contract E5U87 (Lake County Performance Maintenance) and 2 officers with 10 inmates will be assigned to Contract E5Q90 (Sumter/Xxxxxx County Asset Maintenance). Other provisions of this Local Agreement are as follows: FDC shall provide notice to DOT within one (1) hour of work shift start time should an FDC Officer not be available to supervise assigned inmates on a scheduled workday. FDC shall notify DOT in the event FDC cannot fulfill the obligations as described in this Local Agreement.   • Unit Price Unless the bidder clearly indicates that the price is based on consideration of being awarded the entire lot and that an adjustment to the price was made based on receiving the entire bid, any difference between the unit price correctly extended and the total price shown for all items shall be offered shall be resolved in favor of the unit price.

  • Unit Price Work Work to be paid for on the basis of unit prices as defined and described in the Contract Documents. A percentage markup for overhead or profit shall be included in all unit prices.

  • Unit Prices If unit prices are stated in the Contract Documents or subsequently agreed upon, and if the quantities originally contemplated are so changed in a Change Order that application of the agreed unit prices to the quantities of work proposed will cause substantial inequity to the Owner or the Contractor, the applicable unit prices shall be equitably adjusted as provided in the Special Conditions or as agreed to by the parties and incorporated into the Change Order.

  • Share Termination Unit Price The value to Dealer of property contained in one Share Termination Delivery Unit, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its discretion by commercially reasonable means and notified by the Calculation Agent to Dealer at the time of notification of the Payment Obligation. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that in determining the Share Termination Delivery Unit Price the Calculation Agent may consider the purchase price paid in connection with the purchase of Share Termination Delivery Property.

  • Quantity If Seller delivers more than the quantity of Goods ordered, Buyer may reject all or any excess Goods. Any such rejected Goods shall be returned to Seller at Seller's risk and expense. If Buyer does not reject the Goods and instead accepts the delivery of Goods at the increased or reduced quantity, the Price for the Goods shall be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.

  • Unit Pricing If required by the Bid Specifications, the Bidder should insert the price per unit specified and the price extensions in decimals, not to exceed four places for each item unless otherwise specified, in the Bid. In the event of a discrepancy between the unit price and the extension, the unit price shall govern unless, in the sole judgment of the Commissioner, such unit pricing is obviously erroneous.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term. No guarantee of any quantity is implied or given. With respect to any specific quantity stated in the contract, the Commissioner reserves the right after award to order up to 20% more or less (rounded to the next highest whole number) than the specific quantities called for in the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commissioner may purchase greater or lesser percentages of Contract quantities should the Commissioner and Contractor so agree. Such agreement may include an equitable price adjustment.

  • SHARE PRICE The price per Share shall be determined by reference to trades on the Fund’s primary exchange. In no event shall the price be less than the current net asset value per share plus the per share amount of the commission to be paid to you (the “Minimum Price”). You shall suspend the sale of Shares if the per share price of the Shares is less than the Minimum Price.

  • Floor Price BNYMCM shall not sell Common Shares below the Floor Price during any Selling Period, as such Floor Price may be adjusted by the Company at any time during any Selling Period upon notice to BNYMCM and confirmation to the Company.
